DPT, to taxpayers: “Renew the electronic certificate for fiscalization 30 days before the end of the validity period”
Tax Administration: Applying on the last day of the deadline exposes you to the risk of not renewing the certificate on time
The General Directorate of Taxes reminds all taxpayers, who as of January 1, 2021 have started issuing fiscalized invoices, that they must take precautions to renew the electronic certificate for fiscalization, in accordance with the latter’s validity period.
DPT calls on taxpayers to apply for the renewal of the electronic signature up to 30 days before the date when the certificate expires to eliminate any possibility that could risk the renewal of the certificate in time, in accordance with the legislation in force.
The Tax Administration recalls that the application for the renewal of the electronic registration for fiscalization is the same as the application for the first time.
